The Mumble Voice Development Team have been working hard over the past few months to bring us a new version of their voice comms software. The new 1.20 build will feature enhanced security, all new voice codec and much improved administration features.
The mumble 1.2.0 Alpha is still in development, updates and bugfixes are released on a weekly basis. You can test it out at our permanent public server here: 118.127.0.235:21001
The mumble dev team suggest all 1.1.8 users switch to the 1.2.0 Alpha as they regard it as being equally stable. We willl be offering 1.2.0 Alpha servers to the public very soon.
